Buckshot Harley Davidson Motorcycle Parts Installed

We have been collecting these Harley-Davidson Buckshot items for the last few weeks as we could afford them. We have finally collected the brake pedal, shift levers and shift linkage together. We decided to install them on our '06 Softail Heritage on a Saturday afternoon. We like to gather a few items for the Heritage and do the work to install them together. We proceeded the same way for the passenger footboards as well, and that story is on page 44. If you plan ahead a little, you only have to disassemble part of your bike once. The reason we chose the Buckshot line of pedals was the fact they had lightening holes drilled in them, giving them the appearance of a race part. Now, we're not so dumb as to believe these Buckshot parts will make the Heritage go any faster. We're interested in it looking better-that's what matters to us. There are a couple of small items to deal with when installing the new pedal and levers. But everything is easily accomplished with handtools and a couple of hours at the most sitting in your driveway.
